Welcome to WeProperty.
Before applying to become a WeProperty (the "Platform") member, please read the following terms carefully. By clicking "Agree" or continuing to use the Platform services, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agree to comply with all terms below.

1. Account Registration & Management

Single Account Policy

Each member (individual) or each estate agency company may only register one account on the Platform. Account usage rights may not be transferred or lent to third parties.

Violation Handling

If it is confirmed that the same person or company has registered more than one account, the Platform reserves the right to immediately freeze or terminate all related accounts without prior notice. Any remaining "credits" in the account will be forfeited as liquidated damages.

Estate Agent Declaration

If the applicant is an estate agent practitioner, regardless of any reason, they must truthfully fill in estate agent-related information in the registration data.

2. Data Ownership & Deletion Policy

Data Attribution

Account data and records generated after member registration are considered assets of the Platform's database.

Account Deletion Fee

Members may not arbitrarily request account or data deletion. If you insist on deleting your account, in addition to settling any outstanding service fees, the Platform will charge HKD $3,000 as an administrative fee for data destruction and system updates.

3. Content Publishing, Authorization & Guidelines

Content Responsibility

The Platform only provides information publishing space. All property listings, images, data, and files published by members are the sole responsibility of the publisher.

Intellectual Property License

When members upload any content (including photos, videos, text) to the Platform, they grant the Platform a permanent, free, and non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, display, and promote such content worldwide.

4. Platform Role & Disclaimer (Important)

Non-Party Declaration

The Platform only provides an online information exchange venue and is not an estate agent or property owner. The Platform does not participate in any communication, negotiation, viewing arrangements, transaction agreements, or financial transactions between members.

Risk Assumption

All transactions are at the risk of the buyer/seller or landlord/tenant. The Platform does not guarantee the authenticity or accuracy of member-published content. Any disputes between members are unrelated to the Platform.

5. Indemnification

If your violation of these terms, infringement of others' rights (including copyright infringement), or violation of any law results in any third party claiming against the Platform, you agree to indemnify the Platform and its directors, employees, and agents for all losses (including full legal fees and administrative costs).

6. System Fairness

Cheating Prohibited

Using system vulnerabilities, plugins, or any improper means to interfere with property ranking order is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the account will be immediately suspended, and all stored "credits" will be forfeited.

7. Terms Modification

The Platform reserves the right to add, modify, or delete these terms at any time without prior notice. Members are responsible for regularly reviewing this page for the latest terms.
