Welcome to WeProperty.
Before applying to become a member of WeProperty (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), please read the following terms carefully. By clicking "Agree" or continuing to use the Platform's services, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agree to comply with all the following terms. If you do not agree, please leave this website immediately.

1. Account Registration and Management

Single Account Policy

Each member (individual) or each property agency company may only register one account on this Platform. Account usage rights may not be transferred or lent to third parties.

Violation Handling

If it is confirmed that the same person or company has registered more than one account, the Platform reserves the right to immediately freeze or terminate all related account privileges without prior notice. Any remaining "Credits" in the account will be forfeited as liquidated damages and will not be refunded. The Platform reserves the right to recover administrative costs and related losses arising from duplicate registrations.

Property Agent Disclosure

If the applicant is a licensed property agent, regardless of the reason, they must truthfully provide property agent-related information in the registration details. If it is discovered that the identity has been concealed or not disclosed, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend all listing and commenting privileges for that account until the correct information is provided.

2. Data Ownership and Deletion Policy

Data Ownership

Account data and records generated after member registration are considered assets of the Platform's database.

Account Deletion Administrative Fee

Members may not arbitrarily request deletion of their account or data. If you insist on requesting account deletion, in addition to settling any outstanding service fees, the Platform will charge an administrative fee of HKD $3,000 for processing data destruction and system updates.

3. Content Publishing, Authorization, and Guidelines

Content Responsibility

The Platform only provides a space for information publishing. Except for announcements published by Platform staff, all property listings, images, data, and files posted by members are the sole responsibility of the poster. Members must ensure that their content is truthful, accurate, and complies with Hong Kong laws and the guidelines of the Estate Agents Authority (EAA).

Intellectual Property License

When members upload any content (including photos, videos, and text) to the Platform, they grant the Platform a permanent, free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and use such content for promotional purposes worldwide. The Platform reserves the right to add "WeProperty" watermarks to images uploaded by members to protect copyright, and members may not object.

Prohibited Conduct

Violation Penalties

If any of the above violations are discovered, the Platform reserves the right to immediately delete the relevant content, suspend listing privileges, or block the account without notice. Any stored "Credits" will not be refunded.

4. Platform Role and Disclaimer (Important)

Non-Party Declaration

The Platform only provides an online information exchange venue and is not a property agent or property owner. The Platform does not participate in any communication, negotiation, property viewing arrangements, transaction agreements, or financial transactions between members.

Assumption of Risk

All transactions are undertaken at the sole risk of the buying/selling or leasing parties. The Platform does not guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of content posted by members. If any disputes or conflicts arise between members, they are unrelated to the Platform, and the Platform has no authority or responsibility to intervene.

Service Interruption

The Platform does not guarantee that services will not be interrupted, delayed, or error-free. The Platform is not liable for any service suspension or data loss caused by system maintenance, network congestion, hacking attacks, or force majeure, and no compensation will be provided.

5. Indemnification Clause

If any third party makes a claim, lawsuit, or demand against the Platform due to your violation of these terms, infringement of others' rights (including but not limited to copyright infringement), or violation of any law, you agree to indemnify the Platform and its directors, employees, and agents for all losses (including full legal fees and administrative costs).

6. System Fairness

Cheating Strictly Prohibited

It is strictly prohibited to use system vulnerabilities, plug-ins, or any improper means to interfere with the ranking order of property listings on the Platform. Once discovered, the account will be immediately suspended, and all stored "Credits" will be forfeited without refund.

7. Amendment of Terms

The Platform reserves the right to add, modify, or delete these terms at any time without prior notice. Members are responsible for regularly visiting this page to review the latest terms.
