App Support

Common App Issues

  • Download WeProperty App: Search "WeProperty" on the App Store or Google Play, or use the download links at the bottom of this page.
  • Sign Up & Log In: Open the App, choose email or phone registration, then follow the prompts to verify and log in.
  • Forgot Password: Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email — we'll send a reset link.
  • Report a Bug or Crash: Email cs@wepropertyhk.com with your device model, App version and a screenshot.

Account Management & Deletion

  • Delete Account In-App: Open WeProperty App → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account, then follow the on-screen confirmation.
  • Email Deletion Request: If you cannot delete in-App, email cs@wepropertyhk.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email or phone number.
  • Data Handling: Once deleted, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Important: Account deletion is irreversible. Please back up any saved listings or records you wish to keep before proceeding.
